Change is a Yogi state of mind

“we are what we repeatedly do” …..hummmmm So if you need or want change in your life then you just have to change what you repeatedly do. Each time you adjust that old habit or stop doing the same out shit, if only for a moment, you change your neural pathways, you build new ones, new pathways to excellence. Those old habits, you know the ones that don’t serve you or the universe, you didn’t pick them up over night and you wont put them down over night either. But each time you stop, each time you think ‘wow I think I don’t want to do that anymore” you lay down news of thinking, new ways of doing, new ways of being. Creating a new world, your world, filled with excellence.
